How it works

From the data that comes in to the decision that goes out.

  1. Production reporting comes in

    Counts, stops, reasons and rejects arrive per line, shift and product, from the floor or from the equipment itself.

  2. Losses get classified

    Every minute lands somewhere: availability, performance or quality. Each stop hangs on a reason from your own tree.

  3. OEE is calculated where it matters

    By line, shift and product, against the target, in real time and in history.

  4. The drop comes with its cause

    When the indicator falls, the ranked losses come with it, so the shift meeting starts on the biggest one.
